Shipping Policy
Free U.S. shipping on orders of $99 or more. Orders under $99 ship at discounted carrier rates, calculated at checkout.
Processing Time
Every LLRULE order is prepared and branded for you after you place it.
- Most items ship within 1 to 2 business days.
- Organic cotton items ship within 3 to 5 business days.
Processing may take a little longer during holidays, sales, and product launches. When your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders within the contiguous U.S. typically arrive in 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed.
We ship with trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
International Shipping
We ship to select countries. Rates and delivery times are shown at checkout. Customs fees, taxes, and duties are included at checkout where applicable, so there are no surprise charges at your door.
Delivery Address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect address will need to be reshipped at an additional cost.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Packages are not insured by default, so we recommend a secure delivery location. For extra peace of mind, add Returns & Package Protection at checkout.
If your package arrives damaged, is lost, or doesn't arrive, submit a claim through our Claims Portal. We'll review it and, if approved, send a replacement.
Final Sale and Clearance
Final Sale and Clearance items can't be returned or exchanged and are excluded from store-wide promotions.
