Right around 2019, after previously moving from Costa Mesa, California, to the wild beauty of Bellingham, Washington, that shift gave me the space to reflect on more than just my surroundings, it made me think about the choices I was making every day, including the clothes I wore. I started to see that what we wear says something about who we are and what we stand for.
I wanted my clothing to reflect my belief in sustainable practices, that offered fair wages, and putting people over profits. A company that aligned with my desire to be a beacon in the world, a positive light that stands out like the north star in the night sky. When I couldn't find that anywhere instead of waiting for someone else to fill that gap, I saw an opportunity to create it myself. That vision became LLRULE , a brand with purpose at its core. A brand that invites people to live boldly, move freely, and stand for something greater than themselves.
