Shipping times typically range from 3 to 7 business days for orders within the contiguous U.S. All packages shipped by LLRULE are uninsured, so we strongly recommend using a secure and trusted delivery location. LLRULE is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Packages returned to LLRULE due to incorrect address information will incur additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

LLRULE ships using trusted carriers, including:

  • USPS
  • FedEx

Shipping rates are calculated live at checkout using discounted rates from these carriers. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

LLRULE is not responsible for packages delivered to your mailbox or left at your address.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Bellingham, WA within 3 business days. Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional sales, or peak shopping periods.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can track your package's progress.

International Shipping

LLRULE offers international shipping to select countries. Customs fees, taxes, and duties are included at checkoutwhere applicable. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country.

Final Sale & Clearance

All "Final Sale" and "Clearance" items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
This means that no returns, refunds, or exchanges are allowed on clearance or final sale items. Additionally, clearance items are excluded from store-wide promotions and discounts.

Damaged Items / Submitting a Claim

If your package was damaged in transit, lost, stolen, or did not arrive, you can submit a claim through our Claims Portal. Our team will review your claim and, if accepted, send a replacement item.
