Do points expire?
Points do not expire on active accounts. An active account is defined as one that has made a purchase or redeemed points within the past 12 months.
When are points added to my account?
Points from purchases are added after your order is fulfilled and the return window has closed, typically within 14 days of delivery.
Can I use a rewards discount with other offers?
Rewards discounts can be combined with sale pricing. They cannot be stacked with other promotional codes. One discount code applies per order.
How do referrals work?
Share your unique referral link from your rewards panel. When a new customer uses your link and completes their first purchase, 200 points are credited to your account automatically.
How do I move up tiers?
Tier status is based on your lifetime point earnings. Once you reach a tier, you keep it. Tiers are not reset annually.
